What You’ll Do:
- Direct the Flow: Act as the first point of contact on the phones and in the showroom, providing an exceptional client experience from the start. Greet and guide walk-in customers through our showroom, helping them begin their journey toward beautiful custom window treatments.
- Master the Schedule: Own the day-to-day schedule for both sales appointments and installation teams. Play logistics Tetris by coordinating new installations, reschedules, installer swaps, and cancellations with a focus on proactive, friendly, and clear communication.
- Perfect the Presentation: Maintain a tour-ready showroom that reflects our high standards of quality and design. Curate our physical space to ensure customers have an inspiring experience from the moment they walk in.
- Improve the Experience: Identify friction points in the workflow and collaborate with leadership to help create better tools, verbiage, and processes to improve the overall experience.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years in an office coordination, high-end retail, or logistics/scheduling role.
- A People Person who feels energized (not drained) by constant interaction.
- Exceptional phone presence and the ability to multitask in a front-facing environment.
- Proficiency with digital scheduling/CRM tools, Google Suite, and typical office software.
